I started at age 20 organizing experiences for discerning groups of travelers in Panama. I quickly learned that people with high purchasing power aren't looking for a service; they're looking to feel they're in good hands.

 

From there, each stage of my career took me deeper into that world: I founded a premium fashion brand, ran operations for a luxury floral boutique, and worked in Dubai advising high-net-worth clients on residency, investment, and private banking solutions - people accustomed to demanding the highest standard in every interaction.

 

In every role, the same constant remained: understanding how high-value clients think, evaluate, and make decisions before speaking to them. Knowing what builds trust and what destroys it forever.

 

Today, through Vigand Advisory, I share that knowledge with professionals and companies that want to master the art of relating to this type of client.

 

Because speaking the premium customer's language isn't a talent. It's a skill that can be learned.
